WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the next business day.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, only via FedEx SmartPost. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.
DOES RUFFWEAR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Ruffwear does not ship to international destinations. Please use our Dealer Locator to locate an international Ruffwear dealer.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout. Orders over $74.95 ship for free.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING HOLIDAYS?
Ruffwear will not be shipping on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
